Linda Walker, Attention Deficit Disorder Coach

Hi! I’m Linda Walker, a serial entrepreneur, speaker, and business and life coach with special training for ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder).

Attention Deficit

In 1991, I learned my daughter had Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity or ADHD.  My husband, Duane and I began learning everything we could about her condition, which quickly led us to realize that Duane also has ADHD.  And we realized it was pretty obvious given his struggles to plan and organize his work, to manage his projects, to manage his time and his tendency to put things off to the last minute.

Having struggled through job losses and demotions along with severe financial, relationship and family problems, Duane finally agreed to seek the help of an ADHD coach, a move that completely transformed his life, and had a positive impact on my life and the lives of our children.

A Phoenix Rises from the Ashes

This discovery, and the transformation I saw in Duane thanks to ADHD coaching inspired me to become an ADHD coach myself.  I attended the ADD Coach Academy in the U.S. to receive the specialized training necessary to work with adults with ADHD and to help them overcome the obstacles they face, succeed in life and make the valuable contribution I know they are destined to make, both at work and in their home lives.

As a coach, I’ve had the opportunity to see just how much the same techniques and strategies we use to help adults with ADHD concentrate, become more productive and overcome procrastination and disorganization work like magic to also help adults who, though they may not meet the criteria for an ADHD diagnosis, are disorganized, having trouble managing their time and their projects and are often at risk of burning out at work.

My Professional Path

After studying to become an ADHD coach, I have continued to pursue my professional development, having achieved my Professional Certified Coach designation (PCC)  from the International Coaching Federation (ICF  Continuously learning, I’ve also taken special training in group coaching and helping people deal with change at the Center for Coaching Mastery at Coachville (

I am also certified for the Emploi Québec’s Law 90, the “Loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d’œuvre en administration et commerce.”

My Personal Story

Here is a three-part video that was filmed with my husband, Duane, that describes part of our personal stuggle with ADHD.

The Maximum Productivity Makeover for Creative Geniuses

To help adults with ADHD overcome many of the struggles Duane faced (and that impacted our entire family), I created The Maximum Productivity Makeover for Creative Geniuses. As bad as our situation once was as Duane struggled with his undiagnosed and untreated ADHD, the transformation in Duane and in our own lives convinced me there was hope and help available for others.  I worked with Duane to create a program others could use to overcome the problems ADHD can cause at work, at home, in your finances and in your relationships by applying the solutions we offer here.

We have since helped many adults who struggle with ADHD, and many entrepreneurs and professionals who, though not diagnosed, struggle because of their ADHD-like traits.

In my years of working with adults with ADHD, I’ve learned that solutions that work well with ADHDers also work well for my entrepreneur and professional clients who rely on their creativity to solve problems. However, solutions that work for “neurotypicals” (people who have a linear, step 1 comes before step 2 way of working), often fall short of helping you, the Creative Genius.

I originally launched this program as a live training for adults with ADHD  followed by group coaching. After initial successes, by popular demand, the program evolved into a 6-month group coaching program that produced even more positive results for participants.  I have continued to add new ways to benefit from the program, adding books, workbooks, videos and a membership site in a constant effort to enable more people with different needs and learning styles to take advantage of the program.

To make the program ever more accessible and affordable, I’ve also developed a self-study program that offers numerous options for customizing the way the program is presented. I also allow you to combine self-study with one-on-one coaching or with group coaching.  Regardless of your learning style, your schedule or your budget, I’m convinced that if you invest the time to work through this program, you’ll find great value.

A Quick Start Lets You Take Charge!

Always responsive to what you, our clients, are asking for, we have just launched a brand new “quick start” program called “Take Charge!” that eliminates the need for a big, up-front commitment and a long-term engagement.  You do the first three modules, (Harness Your Energy to Increase Your Focus, “Self” Management for ADHD Adults and Eliminate Obstacles to Productivity) quickly, but then you have ample time to apply the lessons to your life.  As you begin to experience the positive results, you’ll free up more time and develop more confidence, and I have every confidence that soon you’ll be ready to tackle the remaining modules.

To your Focus Action Success!
